When you sign up or book a ground, we collect your name, email, phone number, and CNIC (where required to confirm a booking). Ground owners additionally submit venue details and verification documents.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To confirm bookings and communicate with the venue.
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
- To improve the platform and detect abuse.
Sharing
We share booking details only with the relevant ground owner. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention & deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting support@indoorarena.pk. Booking records may be retained for accounting and dispute resolution.
