Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and identity details.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when the ground owner accepts it or the system marks it confirmed.
- Cancellation and refund policies are set by each ground owner and shown on the ground page.
- You must show up on time and use the ground responsibly.
Ground owners
Owners must provide accurate ground information and honour confirmed bookings. Listings are subject to admin review; misleading or unsafe listings will be removed.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the platform for fraud, harassment, or activity that violates the law. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
Indoor Arena facilitates bookings between players and ground owners. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses that occur at a venue.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
